1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HN DIGITAL GROUP LTDA ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the NutriLog web application and any related services.

By accessing or using NutriLog, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

NutriLog is a web-based application that provides tools for personal health habit tracking, including:

• Daily meal and nutrition logging
• Hydration tracking and monitoring
• Sleep and activity pattern recording
• Weekly progress visualization and analytics
• Access to educational resources and reference materials

3. Account Registration

To use NutriLog, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring you are at least 18 years old to use the service

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing

NutriLog is offered as a monthly subscription service at $31 per month. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice to subscribers.

4.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance through our secure payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to NutriLog until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NutriLog for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the service
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the service to compete with or replicate our offerings

6. Intellectual Property

The NutriLog application, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is owned by HN DIGITAL GROUP LTDA and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use NutriLog for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our express written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any data you input into NutriLog ("User Content"). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

8. Medical Disclaimer

NutriLog is not a medical service and does not provide healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The application is designed for organizational and self-monitoring purposes only.

The information provided through NutriLog should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you have logged or viewed in NutriLog.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HN DIGITAL GROUP LTDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

NutriLog is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HN DIGITAL GROUP LTDA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to NutriLog immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florianopolis, Santa Catarina.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notifying you via email. Your continued use of NutriLog after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
